(2) Inlet water quality

The advanced wastewater treatment system of the whole plant mainly treats the drainage and part of the recycled water from the cold rolling wastewater treatment station. The influent water quality index is shown in Table 10.6.

(3) Reverse osmosis device

The pressure vessel (membrane shell) of the reverse osmosis device has a nominal inner diameter of 203.2mm (8 inches), and each pressure vessel contains 7 membrane elements with a diameter of 203.2 mm (8 inches) and a length of 1016 mm (40 inches). The membrane module adopts 2:1 arrangement to obtain 75% system recovery rate.

1) Design and manufacturing compliance specifications and standards

Design standard specification:

The manufacturing process and materials of the equipment supplied abroad conform to the relevant standards or related standards of the American Society for Mechanical Engineering (ASME), the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

The manufacturing and materials of the domestic equipment meet the requirements of the latest version of the following standards, specifications and regulations

 

4) Water inlet and outlet indexes of reverse osmosis device 

(1) Water inlet index of RO device

Water flow RO device: ≥180m3/h

Water quality of RO unit: SDI15≤5

Turbidity of inlet water of RO device: ≤1.0NTU

Water conductivity of RO device: ≤3500μs/cm

Chloride ion in the water in the RO device: ≤1000mg/L

Total water hardness of RO device (calculated by CaCO3): ≤400mg/L

Inlet water temperature of RO device: 6-35℃

PH of inlet water of ROdevice: 6~9

 

(2) Water outlet index of RO device

Water flow of RO device: ≥ 135m3/h

Water conductivity of RO device: ≤70ms/cm

Chloride ion produced by RO device: ≤20mg/L

Total water hardness by RO device (calculated as CaCO3): ≤10mg/L

(1) HITON Membrane will send experienced technicians to be responsible for the installation and debugging of membrane elements during installation.

(2) If there are missing or damaged parts of the reverse osmosis membrane element when unpacking, Party B shall be responsible for it, and shall make up and replace it in time, and shall not affect the production plan of Party A.

(3) The geometric accuracy of the reverse osmosis membrane element after installation is tested according to the relevant national standards.

(4) After the installation of the reverse osmosis membrane, each connection part meets the technical requirements for the load test.



8) According to customer requirements, the water produced after installation of the reverse osmosis membrane element reaches the target

(1) Water output per set of reverse osmosis device: ≥ 135m3/h

(2) Water conductivity of reverse osmosis device: ≤70ms/cm

(3) Chloride ion produced by reverse osmosis device: ≤20mg/L

(4) Total hardness of water produced by RO device (calculated as CaCO3): ≤10mg/L

(5) Chemical cleaning cycle ≥ 2 months
