1. Testing Condition and Performance
Model | Pressure psi(bar) | Permeate Flow GPD(L/H) | Stable Rejection(%) |
TW-3020 | 100(6.9) | 420(66.24) | 97 |
a. The flow and rejection are based on following testing condition: 500ppm softened tap water、temperature 25°C、pH7.5-8、recovery rate 35% and above testing pressure
b. The minimum rejection is 96.0%。
c. One single membrane flow may fluctuate within±20%
2. Membrane Size
Model inch(mm) | A | B | C | D | E |
TW-3020 | 20.23(513.8) | 3.13(79.5) | 1.03(26.1) | 1.04(26±0.5) | 0.92(23.3) |
3. Operation Limits and Condition
Operation Limits | Membrane type | Polyamide composite membrane |
Maximum feed water temperature | 45℃
Maximum operating pressure | 300psi(20.68bar)
pH Range | 2-11 | |
Maximum feed water SDI15 | 5
Maximum influent turbidity/NTU | 1
Free chlorine tolerance(mg/L) | 0.1 |
4. Notice
(1) The first 5 gallons of produced water must be discarded. This initial stage of produced water is not drinkable, nor can it be used as cooking water.
(2) After the initial wetting, the components need to be kept in a wet state forever.
(3) When the system is out of service for a long time, it is recommended to immerse the membrane element in the preservation solution to prevent the growth of microorganisms in the system. Before using again, wash off the preservation solution.
(4) The membrane element still has some tolerance for short-term exposure to chlorine (hypochlorite). However, continuous contact may cause damage to the membrane element, so the above situation should be avoided.
