4. Notice
1. Important information
(1) When the membrane system is ready to be put into operation, it is very necessary to start the reverse osmosis water treatment system correctly in order to prevent the damage to the membrane elements caused by feed water overcurrent or hydraulic shock. Following the correct startup sequence helps to ensure that the system operating parameters meet the design specifications, so that the system water quality and water volume reach the established design goals.
(2) Before the membrane system starts the startup procedure for the first time, the membrane system's pretreatment system debugging, membrane element installation, instrument calibration and other system inspections should be completed.
2. Operation guide: In order to prevent potential membrane damage during start-up, shutdown, cleaning or other processes, any sudden pressure or cross-flow changes in the element should be avoided. During the start-up process, we recommend to gradually put into operation from a static state according to the following process:
(1) The feed water pressure should gradually increase within a time range of 30 to 60 seconds.
(2) The value of the cross-flow velocity should be gradually reached within 15-20 seconds.
(3) The product water in the first hour should be discarded.
3. General information:
(1) Once the component is wet, it should always be kept wet.
(2) If the user does not strictly follow the operating limits and guidelines set by this specification, the limited warranty will be invalid.
(3) When the system is shut down for a long time, in order to prevent the growth of microorganisms, it is recommended to immerse the membrane element in the protective liquid. The standard preservation solution contains 1.5% (weight) of sodium bisulfite (food grade).
(4) The user should be responsible for the influence of incompatible chemicals and lubricants on the components.
(5) The maximum allowable pressure drop of a single pressure vessel is 50psi (3.4 bar).
(6) Avoid back pressure on the water side of the product at all times.
Note: The use of this product itself does not guarantee the effective removal of cysts and pathogens in the water. The effective removal of cysts and pathogens depends on the overall system design and system operation and maintenance.
